Analysis of pollutant emission characteristics of aircraft painting hangars and energy saving and emission reduction potential of ventilation systems

In order to solve the problems in the ventilation system of the painting hangar,such as large ventilation volume,large speed attenuation when the jet reaches the painting working area,and high ventilation energy consumption,the wind speed and pollutant concentration at the painting site are tested,and the mathematical and physical models of the painting hangar and its ventilation system are established and verified.Based on the requirements of relevant specifications,measured data and the actual situation of process operation,the partition and constraint conditions for the safe operation of painting ventilation system are given.Through the simulation of improved working conditions,the matching relationship that the air supply volume can be reduced by 60% when the height of the air supply pipe is reduced by 6 m is obtained.Compared with standard working conditions,the ventilation system with improved working conditions can reduce energy consumption by 37.4% and reduce carbon emissions by 160 kg/h.
